TradeSocio NewUX - Broker Admin manual

Overview

In order to be able to use the platform, you will need a user profile.

New user profiles can be created:

  • by using platform default registration page

  • manually from lead report page

  • by importing a lead database from .CSV file

  • manually from broker administration panel

  • by API call from the external client cabinet (CRM)

Each user profile on the platform is defined by unique TS user id & user email. User id and the email cannot be changed after the registration is completed. In case you would need to change the email of any user id please send request to support@tradesocio.com for further information.

Default Registration

In order to create user by using the default registration page, please click on Create new account from the login page of your platform. The registration form will appear.

You will be requested to fill personal information like your full name, date of birth and county of residence.

Please use a valid email and proof-read the spelling. You will receive the user activation link to your email to complete the registration. Please note that you will not be able to change your email after registration.

You will be require to choose a secure password to protect your user profile.

All passwords are encrypted in the TS database and we are not sending passwords in the emails to the users. In case API calls from CRM are used to create users – the client should have an option to manually enter the password in the registration form.

Each newly created user id needs to be verified. Verification can be done through the verification link sent to the user email by clicking on Verify Email button. The email content and design can be branded and changed according to your company requirement.

As a broker you can also manually approve new users from Broker Admin - Customers panel. Click on Leads and choose Action drop-down menu. Click Approve User.

In case you would like to manually check each new user registration on the platform, then the Auto-approve registration can be disabled. In this case you will have to approve each new user in order for them to have access to the platform.

Manual Registration

Broker has a functionality to manually create users from Broker Admin toolbar panel.

When using the Manage - Create New User functionality you will need to fill in the details on behalf of the client or employee. Manually created user will be activated automatically and no activation emails will be sent to the email of the user.

API Registration

New user id can also be automatically created from your internal client cabinet or CRM system by calling TS API.

TS Reporting API is a set of protocols designed to request and extract data from the platform into custom scripts or programs. These can be used for automated actions (like user creating) and more efficient reporting on your side. API integration can be established as a connection between TS solutions and your existing client cabinet or CRM system.

This type of connection will allow you and your clients to create users, open accounts, perform financial operations and monitor portfolio performance directly from your internal CRM or another system.

If you would like to create such an integration please specify this with your deployment requirements. We will provide our API documentation to you and your provider, and you will have direct access to our API technical support team for any questions and assistance. From your side will require a list of IP addresses for whitelisting which will be used to call TS APIs. You will not be able to call API from any other IP which is not in the list for security reasons.

We will request you to closely work with us on implementation and testing. The complete integration can be completed in approximately 2 weeks and can be started immediately after you receive the beta version of your platform.
