Manage email templates

By default your platfrom is delivered with a set of templates for emails and internal messages. You can review the existing content and modify it in Manage email templates module.

You can create content separately for each language package enabled on your platform. The user will see the document according to the language he selects while using the platform.

You can use the drop-down menu to choose the language and then use the menu to separately modify:

• Header - the standard header that will be used for all messages/emails

• Message box templates - internal messages content

• Email templates - emails content

• Footer - the standard footer that will be used for all messages/emails

Header

Upload or create the header to be used with your contents. It will be used for all the templates created for the chosen language.

Message box templates

In Message box templates you can review all templates created for the automated internal messages.

The Title column specifies the investor user action that triggers the message to be sent to the investor inbox.

You can perform following actions from the Action drop-down menu:

• Preview - preview the content

• Change subjects - modify the subject of the message

• Edit body - modify the template text

You can use Preview function while creating the content. You can also use Show default template functionality in case you need an example of content for specific trigger event.

Email templates

In Email templates you can review all templates created for the automated platform emails.

The Title column specifies the investor user action that triggers the email to be sent to the email address.

You can perform following actions from the Action drop-down menu:

• Preview - preview the content

• Change subject - modify the subject of the email

• Edit body - modify the template text

You can use Preview function while creating the content. You can also use Show default template functionality in case you need an example of content for specific trigger event.

Footer

Upload or create the footer to be used with your content. It will be used for all the templates created for the chosen language.
