Dashboard widgets are components of an interface that provide admin users with a quick access to platform functionality. It also allows to review the current performance of clients, funds and internal operations.

Home page

Widgets can be enabled, disabled, resized and rearranged according to the needs of the user. This allows to create personalized working space with the most relevant and used services.

Total Leads and Clients

Total Leads and Clients widget chart shows the actual number of clients and leads on the platform. It also calculates the exact client and lead distribution expressed in percentage.

Top Performing Funds

Top Performing Funds widget shows the 5 currently top performing Strategies or SMA funds of the platform sorted by top return parameter.

Widget consists of the navigational toolbar and the table of contents.

Navigational toolbar in the top right corner of the widget performs a number of actions:

  • Switch between Strategies and SMA top performing funds reports using drop-down menu

  • View all - redirect to Strategies or SMA Funds Management page

  • Size to fit - resize columns to fit the current width of the widget

  • Auto-Size All - resize columns for the optimal view of the data displayed

Widget Action

You can also perform a number of quick actions from action drop-down menu in the table of contents:

  • Account settings - access and manage fund settings page

  • Active allocations - access allocation report of the fund

Top performing Funds

Open Tickets

Open tickets report shows all recently added tickets arranged by the post date.

Ticket is an internal task or reminder regarding particular action or information. Ticket is always assigned to admin level access user (assignee) and related to particular investor level access user (customer).

Widget consists of the navigational toolbar and the table of contents.

Navigational toolbar in the top right corner of the widget performs a number of actions:

  • + Add - add and assign new ticket

  • View all - redirect to Customers - Tickets report

  • Size to fit - resize columns to fit the current width of the widget

  • Auto-Size All - resize columns for the optimal view of the data displayed

You can also perform a number of quick actions from action drop-down menu in the table of contents:‌

  • Edit - edit ticket

  • Delete - delete ticket

  • Change Assignee - assign ticket to different user

  • View Info - open detailed ticket information page and comment progress timeline

  • View comment - open quick view of the comment progress timeline of the ticket

  • Add comment - add a new comment in progress timeline of the ticket.

  • Change status - change status of the ticket (Open, On hold, In Progress)

Widget Action

Operations Management

Operations management widget is the visual graph showing all admin users currently working on the tickets.

Operations Management

On the mouse-over graph shows how many tickets of every status (Open, In Progress, Completed) are assigned to each particular user.

Leads/Clients Statistics

Leads/Clients Statistics widget is the visual graph showing the distribution of new lead and client creation during the past 9 months.

On the mouse-over graph shows how many clients and leads were created in the particular month.

Messages

Messages widget is the quick view of the 5 latest messages in your internal inbox.

You can perform following actions from the widget:

  • View All - redirect to the messages Inbox

  • Click on the message to open it in the inbox

Recently Added Leads

Recently added leads widget shows the latest 5 added leads, their emails, owners, date of creation and current statuses.

Navigational toolbar in the top right corner of the widget performs a number of actions:

  • View all - redirect to Customers - Leads full report

  • Size to fit - resize columns to fit the current width of the widget

  • Auto-Size All - resize columns for the optimal view of the data displayed

  • View CRM - redirect to user CRM page

  • Assign Lead owner- assign lead to the admin level user for further handling (as an account manager, for related tasks or similar actions)

  • Add comment - add a new comment to CRM page Comments section

  • Change password - manually change, input and save new password for the user profile

  • Reset password - send a password reset email to the user's associated email address

  • Block user - block the user to restrict their access to the platform

  • Send Message - send an internal message to the user

Recently added clients widget shows the latest 5 added clients, their emails, owners, date of registration and current statuses.
