Create assignment

To Create assignment you will be requested to fill in the form with the specifications of the rule. You can modify the rule and its settings at any time after the queue is created.

There are two types of assignment rules that can be created:

  • Leads - create the rule for lead assignment

  • Tickets - create the rule for ticket assignment

You will be required to fill the following information:

  • Rule name - specific naming of the new rule

  • Select type - type of the rule (Leads or Tickets assignment rule)

  • Drag and drop to complete the rule requirement list.

For leads assignment you will be requested to choose specific countries of the leads.

For the tickets assignment you will be requested to choose specific ticket type.

The rule can be assigned to:

  • Members - always assign to one user

  • Queue - always assign to queue (list of users)
