Customer Groups report provides the list of customer groups created on the platform, functionality to manage them and the option to create new customer groups.

Customer Groups are tool to create groups of clients who have the same access to the platform modules and share the same trading conditions like list of trading symbols, spreads, commission profiles and rebates.

The trading conditions set in customer group will apply once investing in following investment modules:

  • Trading

  • Equities

  • ETFs

  • Mutual Funds

  • Basket Funds

  • Robo Advisory

For example if investor is in Group A, which is using A-Book Risk Profile, his open trades in self-trading or basket allocation will be used according to A-Book Risk Profile settings.
