Each user id can have one or multiple investment accounts used within the platform regardless of the user access level. There is no limitation on the amount of accounts that can be used by one user id.
Investing accounts can be created:
by default request submitted by investor
manually from Broker admin
through API integration with your existing client cabinet (CRM)
In order to open a new account, user has to send an open live account application request. The functionality can be accessed from investor main menu toolbar in the top right corner of the platform.
User will be requested to fill in personal details, new account information and submit KYC documents in order to open a new live account:
By default all new account applications are being approved automatically. Investor submits the application form and the a new live account with 0 balance is created immediately.
As a broker, you have an option to manually approve all new account applications. The functionality can be enabled from Control Panel - Customer Settings - Account Settings - Create request of live account. After investor submits the application form, the request will be automatically created and available for approval in Reports - Requests
You also have an option to open a live account for all users upon sign up automatically. The functionality can be enabled from Control Panel - Customer Settings - Account Settings - Create live account on signup. After user fills the registration form and activates his new user id, the new account will be automatically created. The account can also be automatically funded with specified deposit amount.
Broker has a functionality to manually create new accounts from Broker Admin toolbar panel.
Click on Manage and fill in the details of new account in Account Opening module. Choose the relevant user email id and fill in information on behalf of the client:
Account name – a specific naming of the account
Leverage of the new account
Currency of the account
The account will be created immediately and visible for the owner user id upon login. Investor will be able to proceed to fund the account and use it for investing.
New investment accounts can also be automatically created from your internal client cabinet or CRM system by calling TS API.
TS Reporting API is a set of protocols designed to request and extract data from the platform into custom scripts or programs. These can be used for automated actions (like user creating) and more efficient reporting on your side. API integration can be established as a connection between TS solutions and your existing client cabinet or CRM system.
This type of connection will allow you and your clients to create users, open accounts, perform financial operations and monitor portfolio performance directly from your internal CRM or another system.
If you would like to create such an integration please specify this with your deployment requirements. We will provide our API documentation to you and your provider, and you will have direct access to our API technical support team for any questions and assistance. From your side will require a list of IP addresses for whitelisting which will be used to call TS APIs. You will not be able to call API from any other IP which is not in the list for security reasons.
We will request you to closely work with us on implementation and testing. The complete integration can be completed in approximately 2 weeks and can be started immediately after you receive the beta version of your platform.
