You can have the platform to send internal emails on behalf of your email server. This way your clients will be receiving notifications from the email address that belongs to your server.

These settings are available in Mail server settings page.

You can configure a new email address in your email server provider. This can be done by your network administrator. Alternatively you can contact [e-mail] to get help and directions.

Once you have the new email address credentials, please add them in the relevant fields and click Save.

You can use the Sent Test Mail field to test the credentials and check if the emails are going to be sent our successfully. Enter the email of test recipient in the Email field and click on Send.
