Blocked customers

TradeSocio NewUX - Broker Admin manual

The blocked customers report contains a list of all users that were previously blocked on the platform.

The report has a following functionality to manage the users:

  • View CRM - view CRM page of the user

  • Add Comment - add a new comment to the Comments module on the CRM page

  • Unclock User - unblock the user. Once the user is unblocked, his entry will be moved to Customers - Leads/Clients report

Admin user can block another user from Customers report, by choosing Block function in the action drop down menu.
