The pending user notification pop-up window that can displayed when you access the Leads report. This additional report includes the list of non-completed or non-approved registrations on which no action was carried for the last 7 days.

• Pending sign-up - user started registration process, but have not completed it

• Pending Approval - user completed the registration, but did not click on verification link, or he needs to be approved manually

You can approve or reject the user from the pop-up window.

In case you know the particular user email id that you are looking for, you can use search field and filter report by using the keywords.

You can use the mouse-over navigation buttons on the column headers to sort out the report by alphabetic order, or by the relevant currents status of the user.

You can also enable and disable the columns to adjust the view as required.

The Pending User notification report can be disabled from your platform upon request.
