Queue management provides you the functionality to create lists of admin users managing specific tasks throughout the platform. The Queue can later be used in creating custom assignment rules for assigning Tickets or Leads.

• All queue managers - review and manage the list of all queues created on the platform

• Create queue manager - create a new queue to use
