TradeSocio NewUX - Broker Admin manual

To access your new investment platform you will need to open the login link in your browser.

By default the platform will be deployed in TradeSocio cloud servers, therefore you will receive the login link to your platform with tradesocio.com as a main domain and your company name as a subdomain: mybroker.tradesocio.com

In case you would like to change the subdomain or completely change link to your domains, please contact [e-mail] for further instructions.

From the login link you and your clients will be able to access following functionalities by default:

• Login to the platform

• Login to the platform using social networks

• Sign up to create new user profile

• Reset the password for existing user profile

These options can be removed or changed according to your specific requirements.

Sign in

In case you already have the active user profile, please use login page to sign in.

Enter your email & password to access the platform.

If user has verified mobile number associated with the user id, then the One Time Password authentication window will appear upon login.

Forgot password

If you forgot your password to you user, please click on Forgot password? Enter your email address and the link to reset password will be sent to you.

Sign up

In case you do not have a ready user profile yet, you will be required to undergo registration in order to start using the platform.

Click on Create new account and fill the required details.
