Overview

Clients is a report of the users with live investment accounts associated with them.

As soon as user opens a live account, his entry is automatically moved from leads to clients report.

The report consists of navigational toolbar and the table of contents.

Navigational toolbar in the top right corner of clients report has a number of functions:

• Filter - filter the client report by registration date range

• Export CSV - export the list of existing clients in .csv format and save file on your computer

• Search Keywords - search for relevant data in the report by using the keywords

By using the navigational buttons you can create a personalized view of report:

• Add and remove the columns from the table of contents

• Size to fit - resize columns to fit the current width of the widget

• Auto-Size All - resize columns for the optimal view of the data displayed

Clients management

Clients management actions depend on the current status of the user.

Approved users

• View CRM - redirect to user CRM page

• Assign Client owner- assign client to the admin level user for further handling (as an account manager, for related tasks or similar actions)

• Add comment - add a new comment to CRM page Comments section

• Resend Verification SMS - resend SMS message to verify mobile number of the user (in case user have specified the mobile number)

• Change password - manually change, input and save new password for the user profile

• Reset password - send a password reset email to the user's associated email address

• Block user - block the user to restrict their access to the platform

• Send Message - send an internal message to the user

• Change Role - change the access level of the user from investor to admin, or another custom created role

Blocked users

• View CRM - redirect to user CRM page

• Add comment - add a new comment to CRM page Comments section

• Unblock User – enable access to the platform for previously blocked user
