The User CRM page consist of the number of modules with information and reporting functionality containing all necessary fields and functions for the successful management of the user.
On the left side of the page you there is a user management module, from where you can perform a number of changes and actions to the user status, assigned lead/client owner or access levels.
You can perform following actions:
Send a message to the user
Block user – restrict user access to the platform
Reset password – send an automatic email with password reset link to the client
User Profile – the estimation of the amount of personal information / KYC completion, where 100% means that user submitted all necessary information and filled all fields in personal information module
Click to check social media links of the user
Edit social media links of the user
Client/lead owner – assign the client/lead to a specific user (admin level access user) for further management (account management, support or other tasks)
Change Admin Access Level - grant a different access level to the user. Click on the necessary setting to activate and then Save Changes. The access change will be updated immediately.
User information module allows you to build the comprehensive KYC report about the user and his background. Details can be submitted from investor access side from User Settings panel, or admin can do it on behalf of the client from Edit button in the right top corner of the page.
Use the top menu of the module to switch between the pages to review different types of information:
General - general contact details of the user, language and timezone information
Personal details - date of birth, citizenship, personal id numbers
Financial status - job information, income source and tax payer details
Financial experience - financial markets experience and qualifications in trading or investing questionnaire
Banking information - bank account or payment system personal details
Compliance - uploaded KYC documents
Logs - login log of the user including IP and source
Reporting module consists of different report pages navigated by tabs. Each tab contains a comprehensive report and is updated in the live time.
Accounts is a report of all accounts that user is using within the platform.
The report has a functionality to add new account on behalf of the user and a search field.
You can also perform following actions from the management drop-down menu:
Deposit & Withdraw funds in the account
Start Copy - start new allocation on behalf of the investor
Active Allocations is report of all active investments of the user.
Use the drop-down menu to switch between investor accounts in case there are multiple accounts used by this user and search field to filter the allocation report.
You can perform following actions from the management drop-down menu:
Funds
View Fund - open fund performance page
View Fund Allocations - view report of all active investments of the particular fund
Stop Allocation - stop the investment on behalf of the client. This action will automatically close all open trades associated with allocation at the current market price.
Deposit - add additional deposit to the active allocation on behalf of the user
Inactive allocation is a report of all inactive (historical) investments.
You can use search field to filter report and perform following actions from the management drop-down menu:
View Fund - open fund performance page
Statement is a report of all trades and all financial transactions of the account: charges, deposits and withdrawals.
Use the drop-down menu to switch between investor accounts in case there are multiple accounts used by this user and search field to filter the allocation report.
You can also Deposit/Withdraw funds to the selected account.
Ticketing system allows admin or the owner of the lead to create Tickers regarding the user. This module can be used for daily operations of the team, following up on the client’s status, history and optimizing the workflows.
The report consists of navigational toolbar and the table of contents.
Navigational toolbar in the top right corner of leads report has a number of functions:
+ Add - add and assign new ticket
View all - redirect to full user tickets report
Search Keywords - search for relevant data in the report
Add Columns - add or remove columns to create customized report view
Size to fit - resize columns to fit the current width of the widget
Auto-Size All - resize columns for the optimal view of the data displayed
You can also perform following actions from the management drop-down menu in the table of contents:
Edit - edit ticket
Delete - delete ticket
Change Assignee - assign ticket to different user
View Info - open detailed ticket information page, edit or add comment progress timeline
View comment - open quick view of the comment progress timeline of the ticket
Add comment - add a new comment in progress timeline of the ticket
Change status - change status of the ticket to On hold or In Progress
