Create queue manager

To Create Queue you will be requested to fill in the form with the specifications of the queue and choose members. You can modify the member list and settings at any time after the queue is created.

• Name - specific naming of the queue

• Select manager - owner and manager of this queue

• Add member - drag and drop necessary admin users to add them as members of new queue

• Queue settings

  • Auto Round Robin - the auto-assignment will be done on the rotation basis of the members list

  • Allow members to pickup - members will have to pick up and assign tickets manually to themselves

  • Restrict assignment by manager - only manager of the queue will be able to assign tickets to members of the queue

• Notification settings

  • Notify manager - send an assignment rule action notification to the manager only

  • Notify member - send an assignment rule action notification to the manager and the member
