Overview

Leads is a report of the users with no investment accounts associated with them.

These user could have just registered and approved their accounts, or have never completed their registration. As soon as user starts registration process and enters his email id, his CRM page gets created automatically and details are saved and entered in the leads report.

The report consists of navigational toolbar and the table of contents.

Navigational toolbar in the top right corner of leads report has a number of functions:

  • + Add - add a new lead (create new user)

  • Import CSV - import the list of your leads from MS Excel .csv format

  • Export CSV - export the list of existing leads in .csv format and save file on your computer

  • Search Keywords - search for relevant data in the report by using the keywords

By using the navigational buttons you can create a personalized view of report:

  • add and remove the columns from the table of contents

  • Size to fit - resize columns to fit the current width of the widget

  • Auto-Size All - resize columns for the optimal view of the data displayed

Leads management

Lead management actions depend on the current status of the user.

Approved users

  • View CRM - redirect to user CRM page

  • Assign Lead owner- assign lead to the admin level user for further handling (as an account manager, for related tasks or similar actions)

  • Add comment - add a new comment to CRM page Comments section

  • Change lead status - change lead status to such as Hot, Cold, No answer, Follow up, etc

  • Change password - manually change, input and save new password for the user profile

  • Reset password - send a password reset email to the user's associated email address

  • Block user - block the user to restrict their access to the platform

  • Send Message - send an internal message to the user

  • Change Role - change the access level of the user from investor to admin, or another custom created role

Pending verification

  • View CRM - redirect to user CRM page

  • Assign Lead owner- assign lead to the admin level user for further handling (as an account manager, for related tasks or similar actions)

  • Add comment - add a new comment to CRM page Comments section

  • Change lead status - change lead status to such as Hot, Cold, No answer, Follow up, etc

  • Resend verification email - resend the email with verification link to the user email id

  • Approve user - manually approve and verify the user

  • Delete user - remove user from report

  • Reject user - reject user sign-up request

Pending sign-up

  • View CRM - redirect to user CRM page

  • Assign Lead owner- assign lead to the admin level user for further handling (as an account manager, for related tasks or similar actions)

  • Add comment - add a new comment to CRM page Comments section

  • Change lead status - change lead status to such as Hot, Cold, No answer, Follow up, etc

  • Delete user - remove user from report

  • Reject user - reject user sign-up request

Blocked

  • View CRM - redirect to user CRM page

  • Add comment - add a new comment to CRM page Comments section

  • Unblock User – enable access to the platform for previously blocked user
