You can review and manage all your existing queues from Assignment management . You can see the specific name of the rule, type and assignment recipients from the report.

You can create a new assignment by choosing + Create Assignment from the functional toolbar.

You can also perform following actions from Action drop-down menu:

• Edit - edit the properties of the rule

• Delete - delete the assignment rule from the platform
