Customers report provides you the report of all user profiles with investor level access and functionality to manage them.

User profile in the platform is defined by user id & user email.

As soon as user starts registration process and enters his email id, his CRM page gets created automatically. Even if the user does not finish the registration, his details will be saved and the new entry will be created in the Leads report.

Customer user profiles can have different statuses depending on whether they completed registration, verified their profile or were rejected/blocked by admin users:

Status	Description
Active	User was activated by verification link or approved by admin. User has access to the platform.
Pending verification	User has not clicked on verification link email sent to the client
Pending sign-up	User has started registration, but has not completed it. His details will be auto-saved in the CRM
Rejected	User sign-up request was rejected, user has not verified the user id and has no access to the platform.
Blocked	A previously active user which was blocked. User has no access to the platform.

Customers report consists of several sections. Each section consists of table of contents with information about users and an drop-down menu for related management actions. Available actions depend on the current status of the user.

You can click on the sidebar to switch between full and compact menu view.

Pending User Notification is a pop-up notification report including non verified and non registered leads. The pop-up appears when user access the Leads report.

Leads is a report of the users with no investment accounts associated with them.

Clients is a report of the users with investment accounts associated with them.

Tickets is a report of all internal tasks or reminders regarding particular action or information created on the platform.

Online users is a report of the users that are currently logged in to the platform

Blocked IPs is a report including the list of all restricted IP addresses. Users trying to login from these IP addresses will not be able to access the platform.
