TradeSocio NewUX - Broker Admin manual

Control Panel section provides you the functionality to manage general platform settings.

Control panel consists of several sections. Each section is dedicated to a specific platform management set of settings.

You can click on the sidebar to switch between full and compact menu view.

The available section include following settings functionality:

• Customer settings - registration, account creation and blocked users report

• Trading settings - investor trading specifications

• Product settings - investment product specs and terms, POA, general compliance and fee calculation details

• Platform settings - site, email server and templates management

• API settings - API code generator and information for API integration

• Queue management - admin user queue list for assignment management

• Assignment management - assignment rules for tickets and lead management

• Workstations - a module to create new and manage existing workstations
