Trade types

TradeSocio NewUX Investor Experience

You can open different direction and type of trades while using Trading module. All settings for creating an order template are available in Open trade pop-up window.

Types of trades

Market order

• Buy

• Sell

• Stop loss/take profit - can be activated for any market order

Pending order

• Buy stop

• Buy limit

• Sell stop

• Sell limit

• Stop loss / Take profit - can be activated for any type of pending order

• Valid of day - limit the validity of the pending order by 24 hours

Trade volumes

For Forex type asset class trade volume can be specified in Volume estimated in units. For example if the minimum step for the symbol is set as 10,000 units or 0.1 lot, then the minimum volume that can be open on this instrument will be 10,000

For Equity type asset class trade Volume can be specified in shares; or in Amount in the currency of your account.

If you choose the Volume allocation type and the minimum amount of shares for the symbol is set as 1, then the minimum amount of shares to by invested in will be 1 share.

If you choose the Amount allocation type and the minimum volume is set as 1 share, then you will see the current price per 1 share. You can move the slider in order to set the amount you would like to invest and it will automatically adjust according to the amount of shares you will be able to invest in.
