Default registration

You can create your new user ID by using the sign up page. Open the the platform in your browser and click on Create User Account.

Fill the form with the required information: your first name, last name, email address, country and your date of birth. You have need to be 18 years or older in order to sign-up.

Provide the valid email address and proof-read the spelling. Your email will be used to send a verification link for your new user ID. You will also receive email updates and news related to your trading activity. You will not be able to change the email address after sign up.

Choose a secure password for your user ID. The new password should consist of:

• minimum of 8 characters

• maximum of 16 characters

• one upper-case letter

• one lower-case letter

• one number

• one special character

All passwords are encrypted in the TS database and we are not sending passwords in the emails to the users. In case API calls from CRM are used to create users – you should have an option to manually enter the password in the registration form.

Click on Privacy Policy & Terms & Conditions links highlighted in blue. Read and make sure that you fully understand and accept the terms in both documents. Tick the box to agree and proceed.

Click on the Register button to submit your details and complete the registration.

Once the email address is entered, it gets saved and will be available as a lead, even if the registration was not completed.

You will receive an email in your inbox with verification link. Click on Verify Email to activate your new user ID.

The Auto-approve Registration can be disabled for the platform, in this case you would like to manually check and approve each new user ID application.

In case broker's policy is to review applications for new user IDs, then you will receive the following notification upon login.

You will be informed by email when your sign-up application is reviewed and approved.

Social Registration

The registration using the social platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Baidu or other integrated options can be enabled or disabled for the platform.

In order to use your social network account to sign-in, proceed to access the login page of the platform and click on the icon. The separate window will open and you will be requested to enter your login credentials.

Your new user ID will be automatically verified and you will be able to sign in and start using the platform.

API registration

If the API integration was completed for your deployment, you can access your client cabinet in order to create a new user ID.
