Messages

TradeSocio NewUX Investor Experience

Messages allow you to receive internal emails, notifications and updates.

To access messages module, click on the icon in the top right toolbar.

Once new messages arrives in your inbox, you will see a red notification in the toolbar. It will also indicate the quantity of new messages.

To respond to the message, write in the blank field available under the message body and click on green send button. The conversation will be displayed in the same thread. You can also send an attachment with your message.

You can compose and send messages to your account manager or other users. Click on Compose Message, choose the recipient user and enter your text.

Click on the cross sign to hide the side panel for more compact view. The menu will slide out on the mouse over and hide when inactive. To return to standard view click on the parallel lines sign.
