In case you forgot your password, you can change it from the sign in page of the platform. Click on Forgot password? and enter your email address.

You will receive an email with the password reset link. Click on Reset password and follow the instructions.

Choose a new secure password for your user id. The new password should consist of:

• minimum of 6 characters

• maximum of 16 characters

• one upper-case letter

• one lower-case letter

• one number

• one special character

Click to Submit and save your new password.

Now you can use your new password to access the platform.
