TradeSocio NewUX Investor Experience

In order to withdraw funds from the account you need to use wallet functionality. Wallet can be accessed from main menu toolbar in the top right corner of the platform.

Choose the Withdrawal tab and select preferred payment option. The possible payment options may include, but not limited to:

  • Wire Transfer

  • Skrill

  • Neteller

  • Zotapay etc

Choose the account from drop-down menu, enter your bank details and withdrawal amount. Click Submit to send your request

Only unallocated funds can be withdrawn from the account.

In case your account balance is 1000 USD and you invested 500 USD with the fund, then you will be able to withdraw only 500 USD.

Wire transfer payment option is included in the default set-up of the platform. Additional payment methods can be integrated in the platform at your request. Please contact support@tradesocio.com for more details

Example of default process of the wire transfer deposit:

  1. Choose Wire Transfer as a preferred option

  2. Fill in your banking details

  3. Choose the account and the amount to withdraw

  4. Click Submit to create a withdrawal request

  5. Broker will approve the request once the payment is processed

For testing purposes auto-confirmation of withdrawal can be enabled on the platform. Then each withdrawal will be instantly deducted from investor account.

In case another automated payment systems are integrated to the platform, you will follow individual withdrawal instructions depending on the provider requirements.
