TradeSocio NewUX Investor Experience

Default Access

To access your new investment platform you will need to open the provided link in your browser.

Following functionalities are available by default from accessing the platform link:

• Sign in to access the platform

• Sign in using social networks

• Sign up to create new user ID

• Reset the password for existing user ID

These options can be removed or changed according to your specific requirements.

You can also change your platform access link and integrate the set-up with your existing client cabinet.

Platform Domain

By default the platform will be deployed in TradeSocio cloud servers, therefore you will receive the login link to your platform with .tradesocio.com as a main domain and your company name as a subdomain: mybroker.tradesocio.com

You will be able to change the subdomain value or change link completely by pointing your domain to platform IP in your DNS settings.

TS Reporting API

TS Reporting API is a set of protocols designed to request and extract data from the platform into custom scripts or programs for automated actions and more efficient reporting. API integration can be established as a connection between TS solutions and your existing client cabinet or CRM system.

This type of connection will allow you to create users, open accounts, perform financial operations (deposit/withdraw) and monitor portfolio performance directly from your CRM or another system.

If you would like to create such integration please specify this with your deployment requirements. We will provide our API documentation to you and your provider. This process will require approximately 2 weeks after the beta version of your platform is released. We will request you and your provider to work with us on implementation and testing during this time with direct access to our API technical support team for any questions and assistance. We will also require a list of IP address which will be used to call TS APIs. You will not be able to call API from any other IP which is not in the list for security reasons.
