TradeSocio NewUX Investor Experience

In order to deposit funds to the account you need to use wallet functionality. Wallet can be accessed from main menu toolbar in the top right corner of the platform.

Choose the Deposit tab in the pop-up window and select preferred payment option. The possible payment options may include, but not limited to:

  • Wire Transfer

  • Skrill

  • Neteller

  • Zotapay etc

Choose the account from drop-down menu and enter the sum of the deposit. Click on Submit to send your deposit request.

Wire transfer payment option is included in the default set-up of the platform. Additional payment methods can be integrated in the platform at your request. Please contact support@tradesocio.com for more details.

Example of default process of the wire transfer deposit:

  1. Choose Wire Transfer as a preferred payment option

  2. Save the banking details

  3. Choose the account and the amount to deposit

  4. Click Submit to create a deposit request

  5. Proceed to make payment to the bank account of the broker through e-banking system or in the nearest branch office of the bank

  6. Broker will approve the deposit request once the funds are received

For testing purposes auto-confirmation of deposit can be enabled on the platform. Then each deposit will be instantly added to investor account.

In case another automated payment systems are integrated to the platform, you will follow individual deposit instructions depending on the provider requirements.
