Release Note

Introduction:

In current scenario broker admin is not having option to filter the funds on find fund page. Now we are introducing the concept of the workstation.

Workstation is nothing but the filtered subset of the find funds page. Users introduced by introducer should be automatically assigned Either General Workstation (All funds should be visible) or customized workstations using settings.

In this document we will discuss the settings and working of the workstations in details.

Super Admin Settings

Super admin can manage the settings to display workstation from module settings.

If super admin enables the “Allow to create workstation” then workstation settings should be available if not then workstation station will not be available.

Note: This option should be by default disabled.

Broker Admin Settings

Work station settings are available under the broker adminSettingsWorkstation settings as shown below:

When broker admin clicks on the workstation settings then following page gets open:

Broker admin should be redirect to the dashboard after clicking on the “Go to dashboard” button. Search option is available to search for particular workstation.

Filter for workstation

Broker admin can filter the list of workstations based on the following parameters:

Created: Date in on which workstation is created

Introducer ID: Email Id of the introducer

Workstation Name: Name of the workstation

Status: Status of the workstation i.e. Active, Deleted, Inactive/Disabled

When user clicks on the Reset then search criteria gets reset, list of the all workstations should be displayed.

Steps to create the new workstation

When broker admin clicks on the new workstation then following page gets open as shown below:

Now we will discuss the steps one by one

Step 1: Create Workstation

In this step broker admin have to enter the following details:

Name: Name of the workstation should be selected as “Referral Code”

Code: Email ids of the introducers/fund manager is displayed broker admin can select the email id for the same. This workstation should be auto assigned to the

Step 2: Assign Funds

Broker admin can assign the funds to workstation as shown below:

Broker admin can navigate to the previous and next steps using next and back buttons.

Funds selected in this step should be available on find fund page.

Step 3: Assign User

Broker admin can assign the user as shown below:

When broker admin clicks on the save button then workstation is created successfully as shown below:

Created workstations get listed as shown below:

Following fields should be displayed for each workstation:

Workstation ID: Unique id for the workstation should be displayed here

Workstation Name: Name of the workstation should be displayed here

Type: Type of the workstation should be displayed here

Introducer/Master: Introducer/Master email id should be displayed here

Created on: Date on which workstation is created should e displayed here

Status: Status of the workstation should be displayed here

Action: Action drop down have the following options

Modify: Broker admin can modify the existing workstation using this option

Deactivate: Broker admin can deactivate the workstation

Broker admin can reactivate the workstation as shown below:

Delete: Broker admin can delete the workstation as shown below:

Duplicate: When broker admin selects the duplicate option then same workstation created with the copy suffix.

Workstation on the User Page

Workstation assigned should be displayed on the user page:

User can be filtered based on the workstation using workstation filter as shown below:
