Error Handling Report

Release Note

Introduction:

In current scenario consolidated report for the errors occurred during trading is not copied. Broker is not able to keep the track of the error occurred and reasons for the same.

To overcome this gap, we are providing error handling report. In this document we are describing the details about the error handling report.

Error Handling Report

Error handling report have list of rejected trades of type open and closed. Missed trades which are not placed are also listed under this report.

This report will be available under following path as shown in the figure below:

Broker Admin🡪 Reports 🡪 Error Handling Report

The error handling report will have following tabs

  1. Open Rejected orders

  2. Closed Rejected orders

  3. Missed trades

Note:

Rejected trades will be available for the 24 hours under this report. Broker admin have to take action within this duration.After 24 hours rejected/missed trades will be removed from the report.

Open Rejected orders

Open rejected orders are listed under this tab as shown below:

Request Id: Request id for the trade should be displayed here

Order ID: Master Order id for the trade should be displayed here

Date: Date on which the trade was placed should be displayed here

Time: Time on which trade was placed should be displayed here

Volume: Quantity of the trades should be displayed here

Direction: Buy/sell should be displayed here

Instrument: Currency pair should be displayed here

Requested Price: Requested price for the trade should be displayed here

Current Price: Current price for the trade should be displayed here

Divergence: Difference between current price and requested price

Type: Type of the trade should be displayed here

Reason: Reason for the rejection should be listed here

Tries: No. of tries should be displayed here

Action: Action drop-down should have open trade option as shown below:

Closed Rejected orders

Closed rejected orders are displayed under this tab as shown below:

Request Id: Request id for the trade should be displayed here

Order ID: Master Order id for the trade should be displayed here

Date: Date on which the trade was placed should be displayed here

Time: Time on which trade was placed should be displayed here

Volume: Quantity of the trades should be displayed here

Missed trades

Missed trades are listed under this tab:

Order ID: Master Order id for the trade should be displayed here

Date: Date on which the trade was placed should be displayed here

Time: Time on which trade was placed should be displayed here

Volume: Quantity of the trades should be displayed here

Direction: Buy/sell should be displayed here

Requested Price: Requested price for the trade should be displayed here

Current Price: Current price for the trade should be displayed here

Divergence: Difference between current price and requested price

Type: Type of the trade should be displayed here

Action: Action drop-down should have copy trade option as shown below:

Email Notification from the missed trades

When trade is missed due to any reason then listed under this tab. At the same time broker admin receive the email as shown below, Link is included in this email which will redirect broker admin to Error handling page in the application
