In current scenario global fund can set the minimum investment amount at the time of creation. Now this field is editable in broker admin.
In this document we shall describe the settings to make minimum investment field editable for broker admin and necessary validation for the same.
Minimum Investments for global fund
When broker admin visits the option Funds Global Invest Fund Account Settings
Minimum investment field is editable as shown in the figure.
When broker admin clicks on the account settings then following page get open, in settings minimum investment field should be editable.
Super admin can also edit the minimum investment:
Validations:
1)This field is editable for fund itself, broker admin and superadmin.
2)Broker admin and super admin can only increase the minimum investment amount set by Fund. They are not able to decrease this amount.
3)Tool tip should be displayed for broker and super admin that the amount in this field can be only increased.
4)If global fund is listed on different sites then minimum investment amount should be displayed which is set by Global Fund of that particular site.
For Example:
If for global invest fund A set minimum investment value as 500 USD. This fund is listed on three sites ABC, XYZ and CAD. If broker admin for site ABC increase it to 600 USD then for ABC it will be displayed as 600 USD and for other two sites it is displayed as 500 USD.
5)Broker admin set view minimum investment amount into USD. But if base currency of the fund and investor is different than it should be converted and displayed into their respective currency.
Consider the example:
Investor Account:7891281 (Base Currency-Euro)
Global Invest fund:7888594
Investor account with base currency euro and global invest fund in USD. Broker admin defined minimum investment in USD but for investor is converted and displayed in Euro as shown below:
Note:
These settings are applicable to “Global Mirror Fund” as well.
