Release Note

Introduction:

We need to give provision to TS CC team members to login and check platform of specific user. Purpose of this feature is to do analysis in case of any issue related to specific user / account. In this case system should allow login using master password for any user.

In this document we shall describe the settings and working for the read only access to platform.

Settings in broker admin to add the Master User

There will be “Add Master User” settings where Super admin can add the master user. All the master user listed in this tab. Super admin can edit the user details.

Super admin can delete the user under action option as shown.

When user clicks on the “Add Master User” button then following pop-up gets open and super admin can enter the details i.e. email id and mobile number and save the same. Super admin can cancel the same using cancel button.

Settings for user to access the fund

We shall create the page having list of the master users. This page should be available on the link which is available with master users only. When master user hit the link then page appears with details as shown below.

The procedure to access the fund is as follows:

Step1: Master user hits the link in the browser

Step 2: Then page appears with the list of master user ids

Step 3: User select one of the users from the list and clicks on the proceed button

Step4: Then pop up appears where user have to enter user name, password and OTP.

Step 5: User have to enter m-password and OTP received (One-time password) through the SMS on mobile and email

Step 6: User have to enter the received OTP and then log in as with credentials to access the entire fund account

We can explain this with example as shown below:

Consider the master user enter the link in browser then page appears as shown below with the list of user ids.

We have to select one of the user ids from the list. After selection user will get one pop-up receive OTP over the SMS and email. User have to enter the OTP. Then he can access the all details about fund i.e. allocations, withdrawals etc.

Rules for m-password and OTP:

1)OTP received is numeric.

2)OTP should be valid for some time

3)User can generate the OTP three time only

4)User will get read-only access only. He will not be able to post anything.
